Tidy Touch Cleaning Company is currently seeking a reliable and experienced Part-Time Commercial Cleaner to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, is detail-oriented, and works efficiently in a professional environment.

Job Details

  • Hours: 23–28 hours per week
  • Days: Monday - Friday & Sunday
  • Schedule: Evenings only (after 8:00 PM)
  • Location: Commercial sites in Ajax, Ontario
  • Employment Type: Part-time
  • Start Date: Immediate availability preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general commercial cleaning duties, including:
  • Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
  • Cleaning and sanitizing washrooms and kitchens
  • Emptying garbage and recycling
  • Cleaning high-touch surfaces
  • Follow company cleaning standards and checklists
  • Work efficiently to complete tasks within scheduled timeframes
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment at all job sites
  • Properly use and care for cleaning tools, equipment, and supplies

Skills & Qualifications

To be successful at Tidy Touch Cleaning Company, candidates should demonstrate the following:

  • Previous commercial cleaning experience (office, retail, medical, or similar environments)
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning methods, products, and safe practices
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality
  • Excellent attention to detail and consistency
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong work ethic and reliability — punctuality is essential
  • Ability to follow instructions, schedules, and cleaning checklists
  • Comfortable working evening shifts after 8:00 PM
  • English speaking (able to understand instructions and communicate clearly)
  • Physically capable of performing cleaning tasks (standing, lifting, bending)
