Our busy engineering firm in the renewable energy sector is seeking a project coordinator to work in our Oakville, Ontario, office. The project coordinator will need to create schedules, draft delivery policies, prepare technical summary reports and work closely with project managers. This person needs to have exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, they must be comfortable engaging with clients and have confidence in their ability to do the work.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, schedules, budgets, work hours, and expenditures
- Organizing, attending, and participating in client meetings.
- Prepare meeting minutes.
- Maintain internal records and prepare internal reports as required.
- Work with project managers to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Manage project data requests through support tools like Procore and E-builder.
- Undertaking project tasks as required
- Ensure client views are managed toward the best solution.

**Qualifications**
- Computer experience, thorough understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, administration, or related field.
- Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
- Knowledge of Procore and E-builder
- Ability to work on tight deadlines.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Renewable energy experience is an asset.
