**Job Opportunity: Business Development Specialist (Full-Time)**

**Location: Langley, BC**

Our sinks are designed for modern living—combining craftsmanship, durability, and elegant design and yet, being affordable. As we grow across North America, we’re looking for a driven and strategic **Business Development Specialist** to join our team and help us expand into new markets, strengthen dealer/distributor networks, and grow our brand.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue new **B2B sales opportunities** in Canada, including kitchen & bath showrooms, distributors, builders, plumbers, and designers
- Travel to customer sites, industry trade shows, and events
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, customers, and influencers
- Generate and qualify leads; coordinate with the internal sales team to convert them
- Support product presentations, pricing discussions, and onboarding of new partners
- Provide market feedback to improve product development and strategy
- Prepare regular reports on pipeline development and market activity

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years’ experience in **business development or B2B sales**, preferably in building materials, kitchen & bath, or home improvement industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Comfortable with frequent travel and working independently
- Understanding of channel sales, distribution models, or dealer networks
- Experience using CRM tools and reporting sales metrics
- Valid driver’s license and have a reliable car

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $28.00 per hour
