**Responsibilites**
- Assist project manager in planning, organizaing, and coordinating various projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met within established timelines and budgets.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and propose solutions to ensure successful project delviery.
- Participate in project meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
- Work with BuilderTrend software.
- Visit job sites to take measurements and takeoffs.
- Work alongside Head Designer and Project Manager to successfuly complete jobs.

**Qualifactions**
- Must have a strong knowledge of the construction process (mainly residential).
- Relavent schooling or training in project management or related field.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to mulitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools/software is a plus.
- Previous internship or entry -level experience in project management is an asset but not required.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
