As a Junior Consultant, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the deployment of our services and products, ensuring the successful implementation and delivery of projects. Our versatile services cater to a wide range of clients, including those with in-house IT teams, fostering robust, secure, and advanced IT infrastructure for thousands of users across various industries. **Responsibilities** - Collaborate with the Project Manager and cross-functional teams to assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of projects. - Support the deployment of our services and products, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. - Assist in managing project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes. - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. - Participate in project meetings, provide updates on project progress, and contribute to problem-solving and decision-making discussions. - Assist with resource allocation and scheduling to ensure efficient utilization of project resources. - Monitor project risks and issues, and proactively identify and escalate potential roadblocks to the Project Manager. - Conduct project-related research and analysis to support decision-making and optimize project outcomes. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identify areas for process enhancement, and propose solutions to enhance project delivery. **Qualifications** - Previous experience in an IT support or Projects role or similar capacity is preferred. - Solid organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with diverse stakeholders. - Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy and quality in project documentation and deliverables. - Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus. - Self-motivated and proactive approach to work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Knowledge of technology solutions and project management methodologies is an asset. **Why SupercityOS?** We are genuinely committed to our goal of providing great IT.
