SupercityOS, a leading provider of technology solutions, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Resource to join our Projects Team. As a Junior Consultant, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the deployment of our services and products, ensuring the successful implementation and delivery of projects. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive project execution and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional technology solutions to our clients. **About SupercityOS** SupercityOS is a Managed Service Provider known for its people-focused and security-driven approach. Our versatile services cater to a wide range of clients, including those with in-house IT teams, fostering robust, secure, and advanced IT infrastructure for thousands of users across various industries. **Responsibilities** - Collaborate with the Project Manager and cross-functional teams to assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of projects. - Support the deployment of our services and products, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. - Assist in managing project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes. - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. - Participate in project meetings, provide updates on project progress, and contribute to problem-solving and decision-making discussions. - Assist with resource allocation and scheduling to ensure efficient utilization of project resources. - Monitor project risks and issues, and proactively identify and escalate potential roadblocks to the Project Manager. - Conduct project-related research and analysis to support decision-making and optimize project outcomes. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identify areas for process enhancement, and propose solutions to enhance project delivery. **Qualifications** - Previous experience in an IT support or Projects role or similar capacity is preferred. - Solid organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with diverse stakeholders. - Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy and quality in project documentation and deliverables. - Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus. - Self-motivated and proactive approach to work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Knowledge of technology solutions and project management methodologies is an asset. **Why SupercityOS?** We are genuinely committed to our goal of providing great IT.
