**Job Summary**
Hey there, finance wizards of the underworld (the _credit_ underworld, that is). Are you the kind of person who sees a 480 credit score and says, “Challenge accepted”? Do you believe that bad credit doesn’t mean bad character? If you can turn a “maybe” into a “drive it home today,” we’ve got your next big move.
We’re a fast-paced, high-volume dealership with a heart for second chances and a knack for closing deals. And now, we’re looking for a **Subprime Finance Manager** who can hustle with integrity, educate customers without judgment, and most importantly—_get. it. done._
**Duties**
- What You’ll Be Doing:
- Working closely with customers with challenged credit to secure financing solutions that actually work
- Collaborating with lenders who specialize in subprime auto loans (you probably already know them by name)
- Structuring deals that are win-win (and legal—let’s keep the F&I office drama-free)
- Navigating credit apps, stips, and all the paperwork that makes the finance office tick
- Hitting targets, making money, and maybe even having fun doing it
**Experience**
- Have 2+ years of experience in automotive finance, especially subprime
- Can read a bureau like a novel and spot a path to approval before the customer finishes their coffee
- Know how to work the lenders, the banks, and the backend numbers
- Speak fluent “lender lingo” and “customer comfort”
- Believe that a car deal isn’t done until the customer is satisfied _and_ funded
- Are ethical, sharp, and fast—without cutting corners
