We are currently looking for a **Sales & Quoting Representative** to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a proactive and mechanically minded professional who excels at both customer engagement and project coordination. You’ll play a vital role in supporting the Branch Manager and ensuring seamless execution of projects from sales and quoting through to completion.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the Branch Manager to support day-to-day sales and operational activities.
- Generate and manage quotes for inspections, service, repairs, and equipment sales.
- Manage assigned projects from start to finish, including scheduling, customer communication, and follow-up.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships across industrial and commercial sectors.
- Coordinate with technicians and suppliers to develop job scopes and pricing.
- Track and manage leads, quotes, and project statuses using CRM software.
- Conduct job site visits to gather technical details, confirm scope, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Act in accordance with WF’s Vision and Values.

**Qualifications**:

- 2 Year Post Secondary Diploma in a related field (i.e. Engineering Technology or Business) or equivalent knowledge and experience.
- Experience in sales, quoting, or project coordination
- Mechanical or technical aptitude is essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive) is a plus.
- Self-motivated team player with a willingness to take initiative and support leadership. Attention to detail is essential.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle.
