**What you’ll be doing**
We are looking for motivated Fraud Specialist will be responsible for analyzing and monitoring various form of suspicious to identify possible fraud risks.
- Answer inbound telephone enquiries
- Analyze transaction trends to identify fraudulent behaviors
- Successfully communicate both verbally and writing with fraud victims
- Remain current with fraud trends and industry best practices
- Meet qualitative and quantitative targets
- Assess current processes and identify opportunities to enhance controls and reduce exposure
**How you’ll be great at this**
- Ability to proficiently complete all required activities within predetermined SLA
- Ability to build strong sense of teamwork and/or work autonomously
- Solid listening skills
- Display a solid understanding of Microsoft Office product suite
- Ability to demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
- Multi-tasking is a huge plus
- Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for improvement
- Demonstrate strict adherence to banking regulations and internal policies
