**What’s my role?**

As a Food Runner, you are responsible for making sure that food quality and plate presentation is up to our standards. You are always helping to make a warm and enjoyable pub experience for our guests; to have a welcoming and friendly energy and provide the highest level of service; meeting and exceeding our guests’ expectations by ensuring that the guest has everything that they need before leaving the table such as condiments and cutlery.

**Who do I report to?**

When on shift you will report to the floor manager or kitchen manager on duty.

**Qualification Requirements and Job Function**:

- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
- Work or school equivalent experience in hospitality and customer service
- Ability to multi-task
- Upbeat and personable demeanor
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit and ability to carry large trays of food and heavy bus bins up and down multiple flights of stairs
- Following health and safety guidelines as directed by the managers
- General understanding of the restaurant, pub, and hospitality industry
- A good working knowledge of current applicable liquor laws
- Punctual, reliable and professional
- Encourage and uphold a safe work environment while adhering to company policy around bullying and harassment

Work Remotely
- No

Must have 2+ days/evenings availability during the week (Monday - Friday).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.40 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 40 per week
