Revita Skin Clinic is looking for individuals who are customer service-oriented, bright, can retain a large amount of information, have a sparkling personality and thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are looking for growth.

**Responsibilities**
- Providing clients with exemplary customer service with warmth, graciousness, and efficiency.
- Makes every client feel welcome and valued during each interaction at the clinic and over the phone.
- Ensures a timely flow of patients through the clinic and addresses patients' concerns in a courteous manner.
- Providing available information about the treatments to patients while completing intake forms.
- Comfort patient’s uneasiness prior to appointments, answering questions while maintaining the reception area.

**Skills**
- Outstanding communication skills and excellent phone demeanor.
- Ability to retain large amounts of information regarding the multiple services we offer: Medical Facials, IPL, Laser Skin Rejuvenation, Microdermabrasion, Acne Treatments, Body Treatments, Laser Hair Removal, Laser Tattoo Removal, and more.
- Creating content on Instagram and other social media platforms
- Effectively prepare the clinic with opening and closing duties.
