Job Description: Part-Time Medical Aesthetician

Absolute Medi Spa is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Part-Time Medical Aesthetician to join our team. As a Medical Aesthetician, you will provide a range of aesthetic services, including facials, microdermabrasion, peels, microneedling, laser hair removal, and more. In addition, you will be responsible for assessing skin concerns, providing expert advice and treatment recommendations, selling skin care products, and upselling service packages.

**Responsibilities**:
Perform Aesthetic Services: Conduct facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, microneedling, laser hair removal, and other specialized treatments in accordance with established protocols and safety guidelines.

Skin Assessment: Assess clients' skin conditions and concerns, analyzing factors such as texture, tone, and problem areas. Offer professional advice on suitable treatments and procedures to address individual needs.

Treatment Recommendations: Provide personalized treatment plans based on clients' skin types, concerns, and desired outcomes. Educate clients about the benefits and expected results of various procedures, emphasizing the importance of proper skincare.

Upsell Service Packages: Collaborate with the sales team to promote and upsell service packages to clients, ensuring their unique needs are met and exceeded. Highlight the value and advantages of bundled treatments to enhance client satisfaction.

Product Sales: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of skincare products and recommend appropriate ones to clients based on their skin type, concerns, and treatment goals. Actively engage in product sales to maximize revenue and enhance the client experience.

Client Education: Educate clients on proper skincare routines, homecare regimens, and post-treatment care to optimize treatment results and maintain healthy skin. Provide guidance on selecting suitable products to support and enhance the efficacy of professional treatments.

Maintain Cleanliness and Safety: Adhere to strict sanitation protocols and safety regulations to ensure a clean and hygienic working environment. Properly clean and sterilize equipment, tools, and treatment rooms after each client.

Continuing Education: Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in the field of medical aesthetics. Attend relevant workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance professional skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:
Valid state license or certification as a Medical Aesthetician.

Proven experience in performing a wide range of aesthetic treatments, including facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, microneedling, and laser hair removal.

Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and their effects on different skin types.

Excellent understanding of skin concerns, conditions, and treatment options.

Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

Sales-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to upsell services and skincare products.

Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Flexibility to work weekends as needed.

Part-time hours: 12-15 per week

**Salary**: $21.50-$23.50 per hour
