**Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time)**:

**Key Responsibilities**:
Range: $27/hr-$29/hr

Do you live and breathe bikes? Do you want to turn your passion for riding into hands-on experience with one of Canada’s most iconic mountain bike brands?

Norco Bicycles is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team part-time. This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented, organized, and stoked to get involved in events, product launches, and day-to-day brand action. You’ll work across our Brand, Sports Marketing, and Product Marketing teams to keep projects moving and bring rider-first experiences to life.

This is a 20-hour per week position, with the potential for additional hours during peak times like Sea Otter or major product launches, bikes don’t stop rolling, and neither do we.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Help plan and coordinate events, demos, and activations, including being on-site when the action happens.
- Support athlete appearances and shoots with logistics and on-the-ground organization.
- Keep our content calendar up-to-date so the whole team stays in sync.
- Assist with retail activations, POP distribution, and dealer-facing materials.
- Jump in on photo/video shoots to keep everything running smoothly.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to make sure assets and materials land on time.

**Applicant Should Possess**:
**What You Bring**:

- 1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination, events, or project support.
- Solid organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail - you notice the small things that keep big projects running.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine passion for mountain biking and the outdoor lifestyle.

Bonus points if you’ve worked on events, shoots, or trade marketing before.
