Real Estate Marketing Assistant/client Care Specialist

Real Estate One is a fast-growing real estate team dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our clients. We specialize in residential real estate, and we’re looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy, and customer-focused **Real Estate Client Care Specialist / Marketing Assistant** to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, is out going and has a passion for real estate, marketing, and top-tier client service.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Client Care & Communication**
- Provide **exceptional customer service** to buyers, sellers, and past clients.
- Keep clients informed at every stage of the transaction with clear and timely communication.
- Develop and implement client appreciation programs, gifts, and follow-up systems.
- Assist in coordinating open houses, client events, and community outreach efforts.
- Maintain accurate transaction records in the CRM and transaction management software.
**Marketing & Social Media Support**
- Manage social media accounts, schedule posts, and engage with followers.
- Design and distribute marketing materials, listing presentations, and newsletters.
- Coordinate professional photography, videography, and virtual tours for listings.
- Assist in running ad campaigns, lead generation, and database management.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Real estate experience** preferred - (not required) (transaction coordination, marketing, or administrative support).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written **communication skills** with a client-first approach.
- Tech-savvy - experience with **CRM systems, MLS platforms, social media, Canva, Google Workspace, etc.**:
- **Marketing experience** is a plus and preferred (social media management, content creation, graphic design).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with mínimal supervision.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset with a “get things done” attitude.
