We are looking for an easygoing and thoughtful individual that is able to enrich the life of a male in his early 30’s The support worker will provide part time support to this man in his apartment in his home and aid him in exploring his interest in cooking.

This position would be best suited for a support worker looking for reliable part-time work hours of approximately 10 hours per week. These hours will be from 4:30 pm-6:30 pm Mon-Fri. In this role, you will support the man by sharing his passion for preparing food and his joy of the ‘foodie’ culture. We are looking for someone who will assist Bobby as he prepares his daily meals and can also navigate the grocery store in pursuit of the ingredients and planning, he needs for his next creation.

You will work within an ethical practice framework while embracing the principles of inclusion and strive to create an environment that encourages good community connection

If you believe you are a self-starter that is caring and enjoys connecting with people, this could be the role for you You will work alongside him for 10 hours per week. Details of hours are seen in this ad.

Key Requirements:
1. Must have valid G Driver’s class license and have own vehicle for transportation to and from activities [Mileage will be paid]

2. Completion of Vulnerable Sector Police check

Hourly Pay:

- 20 dollars per hour. With an increase after a few months as mutually agreed.
