We are looking for an Customer Service - Incoming Call Centre Representative working in our Edmonton office answering customer questions, sales rep questions, preparing quotes, assisting purchasing and providing overall support to our purchasing, CSR & sales team.

Experience in the Automotive Industry - Especially in Parts & Customer Service. Parts & Service Advisors or Parts Counter experience strong encouraged

Excellent Follow-Up & Organizational Skills - Ensuring the highest level of customer service by ensuring all calls and enquiries are answered in a timely fashion.

Role
- Answer incoming calls from Customers & Outside Sales Reps
- Acting at the main point of contact between Outside Sales & Operations
- Creating comparative quotes and proposals for all divisions
- Providing leads to the Outside Sales Team
- Customer and Vendor Special Orders
- Act as backup/administrative support for purchasing
- Effectively communicating product features, benefits and warranty policy information to clients
- Demonstrating a positive, helpful attitude as well as professional conduct at all times
- Answering customers’ & Outside Reps questions (e.g. product knowledge/availability, return issues, labour warranty claims, arranging for manufacturer attention if required etc.)

Dealership Experience an Asset

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across multiple departments and personalities.

Experience utilizing CRM software and calendaring.

Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills

Strong technical and problem solving background

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
