**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**

  • Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective clients, introducing our products and services effectively
  • Qualify leads based on client needs and interest levels to ensure high-quality appointment setting
  • Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track interactions, update client information, and manage follow-ups
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted outreach campaigns
  • Engage in business development activities by identifying potential opportunities for growth
  • Maintain professional communication with clients, demonstrating excellent customer service skills
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team, ensuring all details are accurate and confirmed in advance
  • Follow up with prospects as needed to maximize appointment attendance and engagement

**Skills**

  • Strong negotiation abilities with a focus on building mutually beneficial relationships
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales environments
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques for lead generation
  • Familiarity with technology sales, technical sales, or business development is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer interactions
  • Excellent communication skills in English is highly desirable
  • Customer service orientation with the ability to handle objections professionally
  • Effective business development skills to identify new opportunities and expand client base
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented approach

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $634.30-$800.00 per week

Expected hours: 8 per week
