Responsibilities Travel to pre-scheduled, company-generated appointments within the greater Metro area. Conduct product demonstrations and discuss custom quotes during in-home consultations. Follow a value-based selling process emphasizing honesty and integrity. Attend training sessions and regular sales meetings. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Valid driver’s license (required). Ability to travel up to 2 hours for appointments daily (required). Ability to lift and carry 20-60 lbs. of sample materials (required). Comfortable navigating applications on an iPad (required). No prior outside sales experience required. Willingness to learn our structured, proven sales process. Strong desire and ability to close sales. Compensation & Schedule Uncapped, full commission structure with earnings ranging from $80,000 to over $220,000. Performance-based bonuses. ICBA Contractors insurance offered. Flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability required. Full-time position with options for day and evening shifts, Monday to Saturday as needed.
