Our Canadian offices (Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver) are looking to hire a consultant based in Montreal whose main objective is to assist the Construction Solutions team in the preparation of claims and expert reports. More specifically, this person will:

- Analyze schedules (MS Project and Primavera P6)
- Quantify damages (prolongation costs, loss of productivity, acceleration costs, etc.)
- Simplify and synthesize complex problems
- Write comprehensive claims and expert reports.

Our Construction Solutions team in Canada is involved with small, medium and large-scale construction projects including transportation, civil engineering, mines, hospitals, airports and commercial, industrial and institutional.

**Qualifications and experience**
- Hold a bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or any other relevant field
- A minimum of one year of experience in the construction industry
- Possess basic knowledge with software such as Microsoft Excel and/or MS Project/Primavera P6
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills (in French and English)
- Strong team player and have the ability to coordinate with other members of the Construction Solutions team in order to prepare high quality deliverables for our clients
- Have the ability and willingness to learn and evolve in a constantly changing environment whose objective is to meet the needs of our customers in an efficient and proactive manner within the required timelines

- Analyser des échéanciers (MS Project et Primavera P6)
- Quantifier les dommages (coøts prolongation échéancier, perte de productivité, coøts d'accélération, etc.)
- Simplifier et synthétiser des problèmes complexes
- Rédiger des réclamations et des rapports d'expert.

Notre équipe de Solutions de construction au Canada est impliquée dans des projets de construction de petite, moyenne et grande envergure incluant notamment des projets de transport, de génie civil, des mines, des hôpitaux, des aéroports et des bâtiments de type commercial, industriel et institutionnel.

**Qualifications et expérience recherchées**
- Être titulaire d'un baccalauréat en génie, en gestion de la construction ou dans tout autre domaine pertinent
- Avoir, idéalement, un minimum d'une année d'expérience dans l'industrie de la construction
- Posséder des connaissances de base avec des logiciels tels que Microsoft Excel et/ou MS Project/Primavera P6
- Posséder de fortes habiletés de communication à l'oral et à l'écrit (en français et en anglais)
- Avoir la capacité de travailler en équipe et de se coordonner avec les autres membres de l'équipe de Solutions de construction dans le but de préparer des livrables de grande qualité pour nos clients
- Avoir la capacité et la volonté d'apprendre et d'évoluer dans un environnement en constante évolution dont l'objectif est de répondre aux besoins de nos clients de manière efficace et proactive dans les délais requis
