**Overview**:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Systems Administrator to join our IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the IT infrastructure across multiple company sites. Your mission is to ensure that all systems run smoothly, efficiently, and securely, with a strong focus on delivering a **legendary customer experience**. You will be at the forefront of maintaining IT services that not only support internal operations but also elevate the quality of service to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage, Configure, and Maintain IT infrastructure across Multiple sites
- Manage connectivity and networking between sites to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Provide responsive and proactive IT support across various locations, both remotely and in-person as needed.
- Perform regular security audits, vulnerability testing, and ensure compliance with relevant IT policies.
- Perform regular backups and disaster recovery operations.
- Collaborate with the IT team to support network and system projects.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator or in a similar role, preferably in a multi-site environment.
- Strong knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN), servers, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
- Experience with security systems and protocols (firewalls, VPNs, encryption).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities across different locations.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly with regard to system security, reliability, and user satisfaction.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into business language.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Proactive and innovative, always looking for ways to enhance the customer experience through technology.
- Expertise in Windows Server, Linux, and MacOS environments.
- Experience with backup solutions, disaster recovery planning, and creating clear IT documentation.
- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work closely with other departments to achieve shared goals.

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
