The North American Reconciliation department is responsible for the reconciliation of all client held funds and assets, and the provision of all management reporting for the activities it undertakes both internally to the business and externally to Regulators and, where appropriate, other 3rd parties.

Hyperspace focuses on continuing the successful upgrade of our clients globally onto the EquatePlus platform, while at the same time implementing an improved new service delivery model to our clients and Employee Participants.

**A role you will love**

The Reconciliation Technical Test Analyst role will be responsible for managing the testing of a number of test plans throughout the Hyperspace program.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Acquire essential knowledge of the Computershare Plan Cash and Stock Reconciliation processes by job shadowing and / or by performing the CPU reconciliations.
- Manage the execution of test plans on these processes / accounts.
- Engage with key project stakeholders in relation to test plans.
- Report defects in test results and escalate as required
- Report to Reconciliation Dept management

**What will you bring to the role?**

We are looking for a seasoned Reconciliation Specialist who can quickly pick up new processes as well as maintain a consistent focus and ownership on their tasks.
**Required**:

- Strong analytical / research skills
- Strong technical skills
- Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure
- Ability to manage project deadlines
- Well organized
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Financial Services experience

**Preferred**:

- Client Plans Cash and Asset reconciliation experience
- Experience in the Financial trading Industry
- Experience working with EQ+
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, Excel
- Knowledge of the products and services provided by Computershare
