Are you a hospitality professional with leadership experience and a passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences? TuBird restaurant is looking for a Front of House Supervisor to join our team at the newly revitalized Rockwater Resort in beautiful Secret Cove.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and support front-of-house staff during daily operations
- Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction
- Train and mentor servers and hosts to uphold service standards
- Manage reservations, seating flow, and guest inquiries
- Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with health regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth service
- Handle customer feedback with professionalism and care

Qualifications:

- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in hospitality
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lead by example and foster a positive team environment
- Knowledge of food, wine, and service standards
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Serving It Right certification (or willingness to obtain)
