Synergy Protection Group Inc. is looking for experienced and dedicated Tactical Guards to join our exciting, hard working and growing team

**Schedule: Full-time and Part-time**

**1) Mondays
- Fridays 1:00pm
- 9:30pm**

**2) Saturday 1:00pm
- 9:30pm and Sunday 11:00am-7:30pm**

What you will do:

- Patrolling and monitoring designated areas
- Interacting with the public with a customer service approach to security
- Enforcing the Trespass to Property Act.
- Preventing shoplifting by paying attention to the high theft areas
- Looking out for instances such as threatening, fraudulent, and rude behaviors by the customers
- Escalating and assisting law enforcement as required
- Completing incident reports and required documentation for all security incidents

What you will bring:

- A valid Ontario security license
- Prior tactical experience is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to respond well to emergency situations

**Salary**: $17.00 - 19.00 per hour
