**ABOUT US**

DiFranco Security Services is looking for dedicated and professional Security Guards to join our team. We are currently hiring for Full Time and Part Time positions.
- **We provide a sign on bonus of $500.00 for those who meet the following requirements**:_
- **Full Time Availability.**:

- Must work Days, Evenings, Overnights, Holidays and Weekends is required as we operate 24/7, 365 days a year.
- Valid First Aid/CPR.
- Valid Security license.
- **The signing bonus will be issued in two parts, the first half ($250) will be issued at the end of 6 months of employment, the second half ($250) will be issued at the end of the 1 year of employment.**:

- _**In order to receive the full signing bonus, the full-time employee must remain in good standing with the company for the duration of the year.**_
- **We provide a sign on bonus of $200.00 for those who meet the following requirements**:_
- **Part Time Availability.**:

- Must work Days, Evenings, Overnights, Holidays and Weekends is required as we operate 24/7, 365 days a year.
- Valid First Aid/CPR.
- Valid Security license.
- **The signing bonus will be issued in two parts, the first half ($100) will be issued at the end of 6 months of employment, the second half ($100) will be issued at the end of the 1 year of employment.**:

- _**In order to receive the full signing bonus, the part-time employee must remain in good standing with the company for the duration of the year.**_

**WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING**:

- Completing daily logs, written reports, and time sheets as necessary.
- Responsible for responding to incidents.
- Responsible for regular patrols of client sites.
- Maintaining positive, professional working relationships with residents and visitors.
- Providing access control to client properties.
- Ensuring the privacy of client information.

**WHAT WE LOOK FOR**:

- Must have full availability as we are a 24/7 operating 365 days a year.
- Posses the ability to remain alert and aware of their personal surroundings.
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to handle a fast paced work environment.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience report writing/memo book logging.
- Willingness to travel to worksites.
- Own Vehicle to get to and from Sites.
- Demonstrates a high level of honesty, integrity, and can present themselves professionally.

**Salary**: $16.00-$17.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Retention bonus
- Signing bonus
