Restaurant and Bar Supervisor

**Duties**
- Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness.
- Train, mentor, and schedule bar staff to optimize performance and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Handle cash management, including processing transactions through the POS system.
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new bar staff.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service between the bar and restaurant.
- Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Develop creative drink menus and promote special events to attract customers.
- Address customer inquiries or complaints promptly to maintain a positive dining experience.
**Skills**
- Strong background in restaurant management with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and experience with POS systems.
- Exceptional supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Knowledge of food industry standards and practices, particularly in a hotel or restaurant setting.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor that fosters guest engagement.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
