Position Overview:
The Pricing Advisor works closely with many different areas of the business. Supporting the Customer Value Agreements and Connectivity Subscriptions. You will work closely with our Sales and Customer Enrolment team.

**Job Description**:
- Liaise with various key stakeholders on defining Performance Solutions customer value agreement (25%)_- Includes, liaising with Product Managers, Fleet Managers, Rotating Equipment Specialist, Product Support Sales Reps/Managers, external customers, utilizing existing pricing tools (e.g. Infor, VisionLink, Marketing Reports, SIS Web, Cat Builder G3, Service Option Collaborator (SOC) to determine parts, labour and pricing of agreements- Includes, ensuring contract scope of responsibility, liability and customer penalty implications/details are fully understood and presented in the agreement, submitting drafted proposal/agreement to the sales employee-
- Enhance Customer Value Agreement deliverables (15%)_- Includes, analysis of existing contract feedback into improvement initiatives, developing and maintaining templates which include reviewing parts, labour and pricing-
- Assess new and updated marketing program’s that impact Performance Solutions customer value agreements (15%)_- Includes, creating/updating pricing for new/existing product’s- Collaboration and influencing skills_

You must be confident, with the ability to work across an organization to influence others and build commitment to a recommended direction while managing multiple internal and external stakeholders. You are a strong communicator. You have a strong, yet tactful approach and a collaborative style with the ability to work with all levels in a matrixed organizational environment.

- Education & Experience:_- Infor experience is considered an asset- Post-secondary education, HET or Parts Technician Red Seal is considered an asset- Ability to build close working relationships with the business in order to collaboratively achieve organizational results- Prior experience in service administration, contract estimating, budgeting is considered an asset- Knowledge of Cat products, preventative maintenance, components & systems- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with strong presentation skills- Experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
