We are looking for a Guest Services Supervisor who is motivated, fun, and smart.

The Guest Services Supervisor will work directly with our guests from the start of the booking process gathering intel to assist in creating their best Whistler experience, throughout their stay to make sure they are receiving the best service possible all the way up until their departure. You will work closely with other Guest Service Agents, Revenue Management, our Property Inspectors, Owner Relations, Maintenance and Cleaning Teams and ensure all the pieces are in place for our guests to make the most of their vacation in Whistler and Vacation Rental experience with Outpost.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem solver with a can-do attitude
- Knowledge of the Whistler area is an asset
- Front desk/Guest Services experience in a hotel/property management is a plus
- Great time management and multitasking abilities
- Works well under pressure and handle high stress situations
- Strong attention to detail and are good with numbers

THE ROLE: GUEST SERVICE SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a full-time Guest Service Supervisor who is available to work weekends.

Guest Service Supervisor work directly with our guests from the start of the booking process gathering intel to assist in creating their best Whistler experience, throughout their stay to make sure they are receiving the best service possible all the way up until their departure. You will work closely with other Guest Service agents, Revenue Management, our Property Inspectors, Owner Relations, Maintenance and Cleaning Teams and ensure all the pieces are in place for our guests to make the most of their vacation in Whistler and Vacation Rental experience with Outpost.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A GUEST SERVICE SUPERVISOR:

- You arrive to work ready to be the face of the company.
- You identify the best property for our guests based on their needs and send them quotes for their stay.
- You correspond with guests to gather intel to assist in creating a custom experience for their stay.
- You communicate the needs of upcoming guests and guests in house to the rest of the team.
- You correspond with cleaners and maintenance teams to ensure the properties are guest-ready.
- You check-in and assist our guests throughout their stay.
- You collect payments and reconcile bookings with our external booking channels.

- You are a natural helper and enjoy putting plans into motion and jumping in to assist your team members when necessary.
- You are an excellent problem solver with a can-do attitude.
- Knowledge of the Whistler area is an asset.
- Front Desk/Guest Services experience in a hotel or similar is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
