Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the **Warehouse Supervisor** is responsible for supervising all employee’s daily duties to ensure they are completed in full and to the company standards. Picking items to fill orders, preparing shipments (outgoing and incoming), loading and unloading trucks, operating forklifts and pallet jacks, verifying incoming orders and organizing the incoming stock in the warehouse, inventory counts, assisting customers with inquiries, breaking down and organizing garbage. In addition to the standard job duties of a shipper/receiver, the **Warehouse Supervisor** requirements are as follows: - Present a positive attitude towards all staff, customers, drivers and any other persons in the warehouse - Assist any and all staff with questions, concerns, and ongoing training as required - Ensure all staff duties are completed in a timely and positive manner daily - Oversee all areas of operations to help instill best practices - Review any required updates to staff duties and practices with the manager to ensure an inclusive management team and instill best practices across all parties - Step in to help every person when required but also weekly to engage with each individual, show support and ensure communication - Review warehouse stock and ensure items are rotated, stocked down, and organized in a fashion that makes sense for pulling orders - Spot check saved receiving documents to ensure they are saved correctly, and the receiving report is true and accurate - Implement monthly cycle counting to ensure inventory is true and correct any issues immediately - Review and address any invoice that cannot be fulfilled, and correct in the customer's favor - Investigate and resolve all "sold, " "reserved," and any additional product issues that may arise immediately - Ensure staff area is kept tidy - Assist manager - Ensure maintenance of the warehouse is completed and up to date **Safety** - Forklift operators are to poses a valid forklift operator certification card. - Daily forklift inspections must be carried out and recorded. - Steel-toed shoes must always be worn. - All procedures and requirements outlined in the Warehouse Safety Manual must be adhered to We thank all applicants for their time.
