This is a Canada Advisory Director level leadership role that falls within our Digital Advisory team here at Avanade. Skills and experiences
Required
- 1+ years of Supply Chain transformation experience.
- Industry experience across Manufacturing, Retail/CGP, or Resource (e.g., oil/gas).
- Consulting experience with big 4 or equivalent consulting firm.
- Experience leading teams of 4-2 team members.
- Strategic planning and roadmap development. Preferred
- Finance transformation experience.
- Microsoft ecosystem experience.

- Core Consulting Skills - utilizing consulting and training skills to educate business owners, along with junior team members.
- Client Partnership - leading client relationships, forming and growing trusted client relationships.
- Client Engagements - scoping client engagements and designing the delivery team and overseeing the commercial engagement with clients.
- Consultative Sales - leading and closing Advisory sales pursuits, in partnership with other business group leaders.
- Thought Leadership/Content - creating high-impact practice content and thought leadership for business transformation.
- Growth/Learning - inspiring and supporting junior business team members. Ensuring they are on client engagements, growing and learning.
- Planning/Budgeting - utilizing analytical evaluation skills for budgeting and planning.
