**Key Responsibilities**:
Supply Chain Analysis & Reporting- Design, build, and run reports and dashboards in Rootstock and other platforms to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, and purchase price variance.- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, pinpoint root causes of issues, and recommend actionable improvements to optimize processes and reduce costs.
- Support the procurement and planning teams with ad-hoc data requests and analysis to facilitate strategic decision-making.
Data Stewardship & Master Data Management- Act as the guardian of supply chain data integrity, ensuring consistency and reliability across item masters, BOMs, and supplier records.- Help establish and document business rules and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for master data creation and maintenance.- Serve as a key contributor in the approval process for changes to critical supply chain master data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Operational & Procurement Support- Provide hands-on support to the procurement team as needed, stepping in to assist with purchase order management, supplier data validation, or other tasks to fill operational gaps.- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance system workflows and data management processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of supply chain activities from procurement to delivery.
**We are looking for the following professional profile**:
