Responsibilities:

- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements.
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood materials according to the provided plans.
- Install wooden structures, such as doors, windows, cabinets, staircases, and framing components.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and other construction professionals to ensure the accurate execution of woodwork.
- Inspect and repair existing wooden structures, identifying any defects or issues that require attention.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery effectively and safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring the proper storage and handling of tools and materials.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times, promoting a culture of safety among team members.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Woodworking Construction Worker or similar role in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, materials, and tools.
- Ability to operate various hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, such as lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

**Salary**: $16.00-$25.00 per hour
