**Overview**
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Construction workers. In this role, you will assist with various tasks on construction sites, contributing to the successful completion of projects. This position requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction tasks, including tiling, flooring, trim work, framing, drywall mudding, and finishing work.
- Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks and transport them to designated areas on-site.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by removing debris and ensuring tools are stored properly.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools as needed under the supervision of experienced personnel.
- Assist in the setup and teardown of scaffolding, ladders, and other temporary structures.
- Perform general labor tasks as assigned by site supervisors or foremen.

**Skills**
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- knowledge of construction practices is required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team.
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and practices in a construction environment is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to job sites is necessary.

Pay: $24.05-$26.00 per hour
