Looking for: Full Time Customer Service Representative

**Duties**:

- Learn about our services inside and out to be able to answer any questions from customers
- Learn to identify customers’ concerns and desires to provide appropriate service
- Keep a record of customers inquires using company software system
- Book in services for our technicians

Qualifications:

- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Great attitude, be positive and energetic
- Excellent phone and computer skills
- Speak English fluently
- Mandarin or Cantonese are an asset

- $20-$24 per hour
