**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clean gutters and install gutter guards safely and efficiently.
- Perform power washing services for residential and commercial properties.
- Clean interior and exterior windows, ensuring streak-free results.
- Assist with fall cleanups, including leaf and debris removal.
- Complete basic painting tasks for various projects.
- Safely operate and maintain all necessary equipment, tools, and materials.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols while working at heights or handling chemicals.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction with services provided.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in home services (gutter cleaning, power washing, window cleaning, or painting) is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work on ladders comfortably.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour

- Weekends as needed
