You will also be responsible for overseeing and coordinating a team of snow shovelers to efficiently and effectively clear snow and ice from various locations, working together to tackle the challenges posed by snow and ice, maintaining high quality standards, and reporting any issues encountered. If you're looking for a rewarding seasonal job that offers a sense of accomplishment and camaraderie, we'd love to have you on board

**Possibility of continued employment into the Green Season as part of our Landscape Maintenance or Landscape Construction crews beginning April through November**

**Wages**: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

**Shifts Schedules**:

- **Early Morning / Day Shift/ Early Evening Shift /On-Call / Year-Round with Landscaping.**:

- Snow removal shifts are varied and can include early morning or late evening start times.
- Work hours are directly related to the timing and frequency of snowfalls.
- Available on weekdays, holidays and weekends as required depending on snowfalls.
- Day and Night shifts available
- Employees must be flexible with shift times.
- Availability on short notice.
- Monitor weather forecast to anticipate incoming weather events.

**What you will bring**:

- Ability to lead and be responsible for a small crew.
- Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver’s license.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work all shifts including early mornings and late evenings.
- Reliable and punctual, with a flexible schedule to accommodate varying snowfall patterns.
- Ability to read and interpret maps.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous tasks in cold weather conditions.
- Effective English communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to follow safe working procedures.
- Good observation skills and attention to detail.

**Work Conditions**:

- Various locations including both residential and commercial sites.
- Extremely flexible working hours, including nights, weekend, and holiday work.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. repeatedly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Work safely near heavy equipment and other vehicles on a regular basis.
- Work outdoors in various conditions including extreme cold, rain, dust, noise, and wet conditions.
