ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will use your sales experience to coordinate sales efforts with our internal and external sales staff. You will support the Marketing Manager in implementing various lead acquisition and conversion strategies.

- Effectively communicate Proceco's identity and product offering through social media channels.- Increase awareness to Proceco’s brand by identifying and effectively communicating a strong selling proposition to potential customers. Uphold PROCECO’s brand standards.- Participate in executing PROCECO’s digital marketing strategy (SEO, PPC, Native Advertising).- Ensure that CRM data is accurate and up-to-date.- Organize information on possible customers, client/project details, tools and templates, reference lists, and other supporting documents.- Coordinate clients visits and tradeshows.- Assist in the production of sales-related presentations for sales or company meetings.- Perform miscellaneous tasks related to sales and marketing.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- D.E.C. or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.- Bilingual with proficiency in English - written and spoken.- Fluency in social media marketing, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat. Excellent organizational skills with superior attention to detail and accuracy.- At least two (2) years of experience in a sales coordination position.OUR AMAZING BENEFITS
