**TRAINING INTERNSHIP in the Billing Administration/Accounting Management** **Industry for Canadian College/University Students**
General Purpose: Preparation of materials and completion of specific projects, while ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. The intern will learn best practices in marketing delivery and implementation, communication skills and basic billing/accounting tactics from experienced staff.
**Responsibilities and tasks may include**:
- To get familiar with billing campaigns and workflows
- To focus on collections calls with our French speaking clientele
- To assist with general campaign calls

**REQUIREMENTS**
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Currently enrolled in a College or University program (preferably Business Administration or Business Management)
- Must be fluent in FRENCH (read, write and speak)
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Docs, and a basic computer knowledge
- Strong communication (verbal and written)
- Excellent communication and numerical skills.
- Working knowledge of accounting principles.

**Please note**:
- This training is similar to that which is provided in a vocational school
- This training is for the benefit of you personally, to develop your skills, resume, etc.
- Your training supervisor will ensure that the activities you work on benefit you while you are being trained
**Job Type**: Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 3 months
**Salary**: $17.50 per hour
