Dilawri Group is now actively searching for a **Used Car Sales Manager** to join our team at our newest **Luxury Brand** location **Dilawri INEOS Grenadier** in Mississauga.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise, direct and lead all aspects of the Dealership Sales Department
- Maintain a high customer satisfaction percentage rating at all times
- Desk vehicle sales deals
- Work with the Service Manager to ensure quick preparation of vehicles for delivery
- Conduct regular meetings with sales staff to plan, modify and review all current issues and programs
- Keep updated on all manufacturer and financial institutions current product, program, promotions, and ensure that all staff understand factory programs
- Promote ongoing training, including daily and weekly sales team meetings
- Ensure that all required provincial licensing and regulatory requirements are followed

**Qualifications**:

- Strong leadership abilities
- Effective negotiation skills, with the ability to make sound decisions
- A passion for customer service
- Positive Can-do Attitude
- Experience in luxury brand auto sales preferred
- Two (2) years of management experience
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License
- Valid OMVIC License preferred
