We’re looking for an **experienced Used Car Sales Manager** to lead our high-performing team at **Tabangi Motors Mississauga**. If you can inspire, close deals, and keep the showroom buzzing — this is your lane

**What You’ll Do**:

- Oversee vehicle appraisals, buying decisions, and vAuto market analysis
- Purchase vehicles from Open lane, trade rev, auctions
- Manage inventory, pricing & stay competitive in the market
- Use data to stay competitive with **calculated price drops** and smart pricing strategies
- Lead, train & motivate a top-performing used car sales team
- Set clear sales goals & hold the team accountable
- Oversee the customer journey from first contact to delivery
- Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism
- Track market trends & stay ahead of the competition

**What You Bring**:

- **Oversee vehicle appraisals, buying decisions, and vAuto market analysis**:

- **Expert knowledge with Open lane/trade rev and vAuto**:

- 2-3+ years in a Used Car Sales Manager role
- Hitting & exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Competitive pricing strategies
- Skilled in used car acquisition, appraisals, and inventory management
- Ability to analyze market data and adjust pricing to maintain a competitive edge
- Valid OMVIC license
