**Dilawri Group in Ontario** is now actively searching for a **Used Car Sales Manager** to assist our **Domestic Brand locations** in the GTA.
- Have experience in a Sales Manager's role in a dealership environment.
- Have a valid OMIC certification.
- Have a valid G license, in good standing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise, direct and lead the used car department.
- Maintain a high customer satisfaction percentage rating at all times.
- Desk vehicle sales deals.
- Work with the Service Manager to ensure quick preparation of used vehicles for delivery.
- Conduct regular meetings with sales staff to plan, modify and review all current issues and programs.
- Keep updated on all manufacturer and financial institutions current product, program, promotions, and ensure that all staff understand factory programs.
- Promote ongoing training, including daily and weekly sales team meetings.
- Ensure that all required provincial licensing and regulatory requirements are followed.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role in the automotive industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to inspire and guide a sales team
- Effective negotiation skills, with the ability to make sound decisions.
- Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with composure.
- Valid Driver’s License for Ontario
- Valid OMVIC License
