**Summary Statement**:
This position receives payments from clients and credits their accounts. It will require good judgement, confidentiality, and adherence to departmental and company policies and procedures.

**Supervisory Responsibilities**:Yes

**Major Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Oversee credit management and collections
- Setting up new BP with all required information
- Reviewing credit limit for BP
- Supervise and train a team of clerks
- Monitoring consignment goods not to exceed six months period
- Create/modify/improve system to manage volume of transactions
- Overseeing cash receipts processing.
- Support Management by providing timely and accurate payment and account standing information.
- Lead the effort to improve efficiencies associated with the accounts receivable function
- Track performance measures for the accounts receivable team
- Responsible for monthly close of accounts receivable, including reporting and reconciliation of general ledger accounts
- Responsible for gathering and reviewing all audit requests related to accounts receivable
- Flexible to continue skill development and cross-training
- Other duties as assigned

**Minor Duties and Responsibilities**:
Complete ad hoc projects as assigned for the Vice President, Finance

**Minimum Qualifications and Skills**:

- Well-developed analytic and problem solving skills
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver assignments on time
- Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills
- Successful in dealing with customer and company personnel at all levels
- High degree of integrity including ability to successfully deal with sensitive or confidential information
- Ability to exhibit poise, composure and confidence when confronting stressful or high-pressure situations
- Personally exhibits a strong commitment to dependability and reliability with the ability to gain the confidence and respect of the customer base
- Hands on, self-starting, disciplined, and detail oriented individual with ability to work independently in a high volume environment that requires a work product that is highly accurate and timely
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge and understanding of proper accounting treatment for accounts receivable transactions and activities
- Complete other projects and work, as assigned
- Completion of post-secondary program with a focus on business administration, finance or accounting
- High degree of numerical competency
- Must possess expert knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP Business 1

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

- Accounts receivable: 3 years (preferred)
- Supervising: 1 year (preferred)
