Graphic Artist

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Archive and retain files to ensure accessibility for other groups
- Assist in the creation of graphics and visuals within established brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on various internal/external marketing efforts
- Work and comment on production approvals in a timely manner
- Collect and track standards for approvals
- Work on projects assigned by supervisor
- Ability to complete art projects on a timely basis
- Ability to prioritize and set objectives and guidelines in collaboration with the art team
- Effectively delegate and communicate tasks with an art team member and follow-up accordingly.
- Ability to develop mock-up draft artwork with correct process and size
- Effectively develop artwork orders based on order request to achieve production standards
- Ability to review artwork with employee to confirm detail and confirmation for final proof

**REQUIRED SKILLS**:

- A team player who is highly organizedand detailed oriented with problem-solving abilities
- Excel software proficiency is beneficial.
- Regular attendance during business hours and reliable punctuality are essential functions of this position, and conformance with attendance policy is a key responsibility of the employee.
- High proficiency in design software: Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator. Cole Draw proficiency is beneficial
- Excellent research, project planning, and time management skills.
- Adaptable and flexible, able to shift focus between multiple projects.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Confident communicator, able to articulately express ideas in written and verbal form with individuals and groups at all organizational levels.
- A desire to continue building skill set with education and training

**Salary: $50,000 starting**

**Hours**:Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM

**Remote working NOT available**
