**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Packaging Design coordination**:

- ** Project Management**: Coordinate multiple packaging projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget constraints and packaging inventory management
- ** Design Coordination**: Work closely with our internal graphic artist and packaging agency to ensure designs align with our brand identity and functional product requirements.
- ** Collaboration**:Work closely with marketing, product development, sales and the supply chain team to gather requirements and feedback throughout the projects**.**:

- ** Quality Assurance**:Ensure packaging meets quality standards and regulatory requirements, conducting tests and evaluations as necessary.
- ** Documentation**:Maintain comprehensive documentation of design processes, specifications, and changes to ensure consistency and compliance.
- ** Training Program coordination**:

- ** Project Management**:

- Coordinate training programs for internal teams and external partners between training team, sales team and R&D resource.
- Schedule and facilitate training sessions, both in-person and virtually, ensuring effective delivery and participant engagement.
- ** Quality Assurance**: Gather feedback from training participants
- ** Documentation**: Track and report on training program metrics, including attendance and participant satisfaction**.**
- ** Various other meeting coordination **and planning.**

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven experience in packaging design, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Ability to travel to the United States may be required (less than 10%).
