**Job Summary**
- We are seeking dedicated and passionate high school graduates or students who are interested in coaching and working with children. We are currently recruiting Volunteer Soccer Coaches for students aged 3 to 14. A free Teacher Training Course (TTC) will be provided, along with valid certificates upon completion. There will also be potential employment opportunities with MOCA and its partners in Canada, the USA, and China for those who successfully complete the training.

**Responsibilities**
- Learn how to lead and support badminton coaching sessions tailored to different age groups.
- Learn how to educate children through physical activities, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
- Assist in developing age-appropriate training plans and organizing engaging practice sessions.
- Monitor student participation and adjust coaching strategies as needed.
- Gain insights into youth development and the fundamentals of Ontario’s curriculum (Grades 1-12).

**Qualifications**
- Prior experience in coaching, sports programs, or working with children is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect effectively with young learners.
- Patience, empathy, and a sincere passion for mentoring through sport.
- Familiarity with soccer rules, basic drills, and coaching methods is a plus.

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
