**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Design and implement effective training programs tailored to the needs of individual athletes and the team as a whole.
- Conduct regular practice sessions, ensuring that all athletes receive proper instruction and feedback.
- Monitor athletes' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that encourages teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth.
- Organize and participate in competitions, ensuring all logístical details are managed effectively.
- Maintain open communication with athletes, parents, and other stakeholders regarding performance and development.

**Skills**
- Strong teaching skills with the ability to convey complex concepts in an understandable manner.
- Proficiency in swimming techniques and strategies, with experience in competitive swimming preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with athletes of varying ages and skill levels.
- Ability to motivate and inspire individuals to reach their full potential both in practice and competition.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.44-$37.35 per hour

Expected hours: 2 per week
