Customer Success Specialist

The role of the **Customer Success Specialist **at Clarendon is to forge strong relationships with our clients in order to understand their business needs and provide support and guidance in helping to achieve their business objectives.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Participate in client meetings and document priorities and goals
- Communicate timelines and project statuses
- Build product knowledge in order to identify potential solutions for clients
- Work closely with technical teams to deliver positive outcomes for our clients
**Qualifications**:
- College or University Graduate
- Friendly and effective communicator
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to multitask and collaborate with team members
- Detail-oriented and organized approach to completing work
- Previous experience working in the technology sector is considered an asset
