**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Onboard and guide customers in the effective use of our IoT solutions.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
- Identify opportunities to expand client use of our products.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or similar roles.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with IoT technologies and resource optimization is an asset.
- A customer-centric mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $46,067.00-$48,228.00 per year
