**The Role**:
**Requirements**:

- Must have Customer Service experience, collections experience a plus
- Automotive industry experience preferable
- Strong speaking and writing skills
- Proficient in Excel and basic Microsoft office programs
- Full-time, flexible schedule, remote work-from-home role

**The Team / The Business**:
Smaller group (2-4 people) within a larger Customer Success Team. (~10 people)
