**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Assist where needed in restaurant whether it be cooking, assembling, or packaging food orders.
- Ensure that the highest level of customer service is delivered to customers.
- Oversee and manage crew members productivity including completion of assigned tasks.
- Address employee conflicts, scheduling issues, or complaints that arise during shift.
- Act as a leader when orders are being completed to ensure fast and accurate service is being provided.
- Ensure crew members can adequately complete tasks throughout shifts by reporting any issues that require further discussion.
- Receiving orders
- Training new employees.
- Complete shift reports
- **To be an Odd Burger supervisor you will...**:_
- Have a positive, friendly, and helpful attitude when interacting with other crew members. You will be their mentor and support if they have any issues.
- Be honest and trustworthy.
- Understand of the best way to do things in the restaurant and how to problem solve when things go wrong.
- Have the ability to calmly multi-task and communicate during busy periods in the restaurant.
- Have patience and a clear way of explaining the operation as you will be training staff on new processes and procedures while continuing to be a team player.
- Effectively manage a team and ensure that crew members are assigned to appropriate tasks.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
