**Reporting To**:Director of Manufacturing

**Overview**:Reporting to the Director of Manufacturing, the Production Supervisor is a full-time position held at the PINNRZ manufacturing and fulfillment facility in Vaughan, Ontario. The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading the team and ensuring work conditions are safe and sanitary for the PINNRZ team who handcraft and package custom pre-rolls. As our Production Supervisor, you are responsible for the execution of pending work orders, ensuring all Standard Operating Procedures and policies are followed, maintaining all required documentation, and proactively identifying opportunities for enhancement in production methods, equipment, operating procedures, and working conditions.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
**Supervision**: Lead and support the PINNRZ team, providing guidance and direction to achieve production goals and maintain a safe working environment.
- Ensure effective and efficient production operations. Provide direction in resolving production issues through problem solving and delegation.
- Balance quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale to achieve positive results in all areas.
- Facilitate proper transfer of information and shift reports between the shifts and departments.
- Be an engaged team leader and help foster a positive work environment.

**Safety and Quality**: Ensure that safe and sanitary work conditions are maintained, and all products meet our high-quality standards.
- Adhere to all established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), health and safety practices, all Good Production Practices (GPP), and training at all times to provide a safe working environment.
- Ensure quality of product and packaging throughout the assigned stations.
- Complete required cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance of work spaces in accordance with existing SOPs.

**Operational Excellence**:Oversee the execution of pending work orders, ensuring strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
- Ensure compliance with security measures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Production Practices (GPP), and government regulations for all tasks/equipment related to pre-roll production and packaging.

**Documentation**: Maintain accurate master batch records throughout production.
- Uphold strict record-keeping of all production lines and processes.
- Prepare all forms associated with Batch Production Records, Packaging Records, and Sanitation Records.
- Review Batch Production Records, Packaging Records, and Sanitation Records for completion and accuracy before submitting to QA.
- Review inventory records to ensure they match with BPR, Packaging Records, and Shipping records.
- Connect with QA to handle all requests, revisions, and updates.

**Continuous Improvement**: Proactively identify opportunities for enhancing production methods, equipment, operating procedures, and working conditions.
- Contribute to development and improvement of existing SOPs.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Assist with training of new team members as required

**Qualifications**:

- All applicants must be 18+ years old and legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Valid Health Canada Cannabis Tracking and Licensing System (CTLS) Security Clearance is considered an asset
- Leadership/supervisory experience is required.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or food-processing environment
- Experience with consumer-packaged goods is desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet daily quotas and target deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to complete repetitive tasks in an efficient and accurate manner.
- Previous experience working with cannabis is considered an asset.
- Physical ability to lift 30+lbs if required.
