**Marketing Manager**

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist who loves fashion retail to join our head-office team in Bayers Lake, Halifax This individual will work closely with our Marketing and Ecommerce teams to drive traffic and achieve top results using strategic initiatives and deep analysis of all campaigns throughout all platforms. The Marketing Manager is bold, thrives in a fast-pace environment and stays up to date on trends in digital marketing. This individual would be responsible for the determining strategy, operations, activation and analytics of all campaigns to ensure the best return.

**As the Marketing Manager, you will**:

- Identify the greatest digital opportunities for PSEUDIO, envy+grace & Samuel & Co. brands to drive top traffic to online and in store.
- Set annual/monthly digital marketing KPIs and objectives and closely monitor results.
- Define audience and digital brand strategy to achieve optimal business results.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Buying and Ecommerce teams to initiate and execute digital projects, keeping communication aligned.
- Measure and analyze all campaign performance and determine ways to optimize and enhance campaigns
- Measure and report on success of initiatives and campaigns, working with analytics platforms.
- Monitor the latest trends in digital marketing, including advertising formats, channels and technologies in order to improve campaign performance and provide recommendations.
- Lead brainstorming sessions to determine ways of making ideas relevant for initiatives.
- Other responsibilities when required.

This is an incredibly fast paced environment; Being able to work quickly and efficiently will be required. We are looking for an eager, experienced individual who can hop in and identify opportunities, putting strong strategies into place. Applicant must work well independently but also in a team setting.

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge and experience in a digital marketing role. Experience in paid advertising, social media campaigns and reporting with the ability to provide actionable insights.
- Up-to-date knowledge / experience of best practices, strategies and latest developments in social media, SEO and SEM.
- Knowledge and experience with Google/Facebook paid ads and AB split testing.
- Knowledge and experience with Shopify
- Knowledge and experience with Google Analytics
- Knowledge and experience with Klaviyo
- Knowledge and experience with Adobe Photoshop
- Ability to prioritize, work with tight deadlines, work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated track record creating and executing lead generating online marketing campaigns, organic and paid.
- Strong team player with a collaborative skill set.
- Ability to present, coach and train.
